AgriCamping Rules

The campsite Management welcomes you and reminds you that entering the campsite means accepting and fully complying with the following regulations in order to guarantee everyone a peaceful and pleasant stay.

General rules

  1. At the arrival time, the guest has the obligation to exhibit his and all the carers identity cards coming to the Agricamping facilities, in order that the Direction staff can proceed with the check-in. Parents, guardians or legal guardians assume full responsibility for statements made about the identity of minors accompanying them. The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept undesirable persons or an excessive number of visitors;
  2. At the end of the check-in process, a badge will be given to the Client for the opening of the entrance barrier. This badge is not transferable to third parties and the Guest is welcome to submit, in cash, a security deposit of €10,00 that will be return at the time of departure;
  3. Daily guest’s entry is subjected to the approval of the Direction and to the payment of the daily amount. If allowed, at their arrival it is required the exhibition of the identity card that will be given back at the specific exiting day. They are obliged to leave the camping at midnight;
  4. Pitches are available to Clients from 02:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and they are assigned by the Management;
  5. Pitches must be left by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure;
  6. Clients must place their equipment within the delimited spaces and according to the instructions received from the staff of the Facility. The Client’s equipment must never occupy the common spaces or those of other Clients;
  7. Any change of pitch must be approved by the Management;
  8. To ensure the safety of all Clients, the use of cars and motorcycles is authorised within the Facility only if necessary and at a maximum speed of 10 km/h;
  9. Except for special needs to be notified in advance to the Management, or in case of exceptional emergency, the circulation of any vehicle from midnight to 07:00 a.m. is strictly forbidden;
  10. Guests are bound to a civil and correct use of the toilets and also to observe the correct destination of the single gear. The regulations of the various areas and equipment can be found in specific notices posted at the Reception or near the concerned areas;
  11. Adults are directly responsible for the behaviour of their children. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the toilets and be supervised when using the playground and swimming in the pool;
  12. Guests are bound to separate the waste and to assign them on the specific recycling area furnished inside the Agricamping facility;
  13. Each Client is required not to modify and/or damage the equipment, vegetation and grounds of the Facility;
  14. Each Client is required not to waste or misuse drinking water;
  15. It isn’t possible to light fires outdoors. The use of barbecues is permitted only in designated areas;
  16. The Direction does not assume any responsibility on money and precious objects’ loss, subtraction, destruction and damage not left in safe keeping basis, and also on guests’ injuries;
  17. Agricamping Tramonto Rosso is not liable for damage to persons and/or property caused by:
    • conduct of other guests;
    • natural disasters such as hail, thunderstorms, storms, tornadoes, floods, and as a consequence of these, fall of plants and/or branches;
    • any other cause that does not depend on gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of employees or management;
    • accidents caused to, and between, vehicles and/or things inside the campsite
  18. Possible damages observed on the structure will be charged directly to the guest implicated;
  19. The Guest is requested to inform the Management of any equipment failure or malfunction on the campsite in order to ensure prompt intervention;
  20. Pets are accepted on the pitch and on a leash and must be accompanied by a health booklet with the respective vaccinations. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area, in the playground and in the toilets and it is compulsory for whoever leads the dog to remove the dog’s faeces and to carry suitable tools to remove them. Furthermore, Clients with dogs are required to bring with them, and always have handy, a muzzle to use in case of potential danger;
  21. Animals may never be left unattended and free to roam, so the owner is therefore civilly and criminally liable for damage or injury to persons, animals or property caused by their pets;
  22. During events at the Facility and in areas open to the public, audio/video recordings or photographs may be made for promotional purposes. By attending the above events, the Clients authorise, pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Lay nr. 633/1941, the use of these photos or videos free of charge, by Agricamping Tramonto Rosso, for promotional/commercial purposes. Any parents, guardians or legal representative in charge of a minor is aware that during events at the Facility and in the areas open to the public, the minor may be filmed or photographed for promotional and/or commercial activities. The Clients who do not wish to authorise the transfer of the aforementioned exploitation rights must avoid attending the events or entering the related areas.

Equipped Tent rules

  1. At the arrival time, Guest is welcome to submit, in cash, a security deposit of €50,00 that will be return when he leaves if everything in the tent is okay;
  2. The Equipped Tent can host 6 persons and it is equipped with:
    • 3 rooms equipped with beds with mattresses;
    • a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, cookware and all cooking supplied;
    • table and chairs;
  3. On the total amount of the stay it is included the cleaning service (compulsory) and, if during the stay the Client needs an extra cleaning service, it costs €50,00 (complete cleaning of the tent and change of sheets);
  4. Pets are accepted on the pitch but they can’t enter in the Equipped Tent for hygienic issues;
  5. It is prohibited smoke inside the tent and use open flames;
  6. The equipped pitch must be checked out by 11:00 a.m.

Reservation rules

  1. The reservation will be considered effective, based upon the availability of the structure, and after the arrival of the deposit of the 30% in relation to the total period booked (in any case of an amount not less than €50,00) to be paid within 7 days of confirmation of availability with email;
  2. The reservation has to be considered binding, therefore the guest is obliged to pay the entire amount even in case of earlier departure or late arrival. Moreover, an earlier arrival does not predict the authorization of an earlier departure;
  3. In case of cancellation communicated by a written notice within 30 days from the hypothetical start of the period of staying will be given back the entire amount, decreased of €30,00 for the reservation costs. After that term the entire amount sent will be held;
  4. In case of lack arrival without previous notice, the pitch will be at the guest’s disposal only for more 24 hours from the arrival date;
  5. The payment has to be issued the day before leaving (we do not accept bank checks as a payment method). The pitch must be checked out by 11:00 am on the day of departure, otherwise the cost of the whole day will be charged.
